So it’s been a couple of days since the latest mass shooting by yet another young racist Caucasian/”white” coward targeting “Black” people as the source of everything wrong with his life. Is it me or do these mass shootings seem to be on the uptick to where we as a collective nation are hearing about them just about every other day? The mass murdering cowards list of goons just added the name Payton Gendron to its infamous list.
An 18 year old racist/white supremacist who wrote a manifesto explaining why he targeted a “Black” neighborhood and specifically a soft target such as a grocery store “Tops” in Buffalo, NY. I don’t even want to start with his ideology before addressing his parents and relatives. This murderer’s actions can be laid directly at their feet. There’s no way I will be convinced that he didn’t learn his hatred and racism of “Black” people at home. His parents birthed that evil cowardly monster. I don’t think we should even read his manifesto which he published online because it would be giving him attention he doesn’t deserve.
There’s no point in trying to understand the mind of a monster who isn’t mentally ill. It’s clear he wasn’t mentally ill at the time he planned and carried out his mission of murdering innocent “Black” people at a grocery store because of the meticulous planning involved. The location being 200 miles from his home. The fact that he wasn’t shot dead immediately by law enforcement responding to his killing spree is also telling. In one account a witness claims a Caucasian shopper was screaming for his life and this evil goon apologized to that person and didn’t shoot him but purposely went after “Black” people as targets for his bullets from his bushmaster rifle which had the N word written on it.
The racist’s patterns of behavior are of a historic nature in terms of the constant attacks on us as a people ie “Black” people in this nation built by our ancestors of the past and us today. Everything good about this nation, has been achieved because of our excellence, our stolen labor, our bodies, our ideas, our inventions, our creativity, our ingenuity, our indomitable will to not just survive but thrive despite all of the evils we have faced and continue to face. Just think about it, anything that adds to the lives of mankind at large comes from us. We are the first and original people on the planet. There can be no doubt this realization is the real reason behind the hateful mindset of white supremacists.
Perhaps the realization that demonic hateful people by and large will have short life spans and low reproductive numbers due to their inherently evil nature is another reason for this unspeakable wickedness. The irrationality of racists attacking those who have no power or control over their anything and yet we thrive is yet another reason why so many of these young cowards grab the gun so easily. The majority of them can’t fight, can’t compete, can’t create anything without stealing it from somebody else first and on top of that project every horrible character trait they have onto those whom aren’t protected nor have a system tailor made for their success.
Mainstream news media downplaying this latest hate crime filled mass murderer shooting that directly targeted “Black” people is not surprising. The writing has been on the wall for a long time now. We are at war. This has to be a call to all of us to wake up and arm ourselves. We have the right as does any living breathing human being to defend our lives when attacked. Law enforcement at every level is rife with the same kind of people as one Payton Gendron “Loser for life”, who threw his life away over something he can’t change… The will of God.
Welcome to THEJNSREPORT’S: Healthcare & The Average Working Person
I want to start by saying it’s been more than a minute since my last post but with 2021 upon us and still digesting all of last year I thought it prudent to share a post I had in drafts for quite some time but neglected to publish before now. This post I drafted believe it or not several years ago long before any of us had an idea about what Covid 19 would mean. I’m better late than never and so without further ado. Here we go…
Healthcare we all know is important but just how much many of us are unaware. For the majority of my life I’d say I’ve taken for granted the blessings of being healthy and being able to avoid visits to the hospital unless to see family or friends. All that changed in this new year. I came face to face with the brutal realities of how expensive it is for any unfortunate, unplanned major events to befall you especially as a working class individual with little to no savings for a rainy day.
Healthcare costs are out of control in America and the greed of doctors, health insurers, pharmacists and any other entity benefitting from how the system is setup are at the heart of the problem. You really have to guard your health with all you have.
One of the first jobs I had after graduating college was working for a home care agency in Brooklyn, NY. It was a place where I learned first hand about office politics, gender, & ethnic bias as well as the importance of having a job that paid sick days and offered health insurance.
In those days it’d be a miracle if I had an annual physical. Aside from the common colds or occasional bouts with the flu, I avoided the debt pit that health catastrophes can put you in at a moments notice. Later on at another job where I didn’t work in traditional corporate setting my job at that time didn’t offer health insurance or sick days. You didn’t work you don’t get paid was how it went.
I gave up playing in recreational sports leagues with the realization that working with my hands and doing a physically demanding job was more important to my bottom line and took priority over recreational activities. I knew that if I got injured while participating in them it would leave me up shits creek with no paddle. My mindset was if I’m not being paid to play I can ill afford to get hurt.
As time went on and just prior to the Affordable Care Act health insurance was offered at my place of work. It was a welcome benefit from my employers and the only reason I had or kept the insurance was because my employer subsidized half or close to half of the premiums every month.
I watched in horror as each enrollment year ended and the health insurance companies filed with the state to increase their premiums by on average 17% from the previous year. This practice continued year after year causing my employers to look for cheaper health plans all the time. I’d ask the question why are we paying so damn much for health insurance and to boot I wasn’t even using it.
The ugly truth was my wages (which are not “income” an argument for another time) were being extracted from me without my consent in order to pay the healthcare costs of those who either don’t work, but rather only know how to spread their legs and procreate. I was told by other health professionals that the increasing costs were also attributable to people who have higher risks for illness as well as those who use far more health insurance dollars due to chronic health conditions and for all the people hospitals render care to but don’t pay their health care bills.
So essentially we’ve allowed a system of robbing Peter to pay for Joy, Ann, Frank, David, Margie, Ben and Paul and all his kids. This sick notion of it’s okay to overcharge, or make a law stating that healthy young individuals should be working hard to make ends meet while paying the healthcare costs of others simply because they’re younger and not using it as much is pure bullshit. Yes, I’m aware that as we age we will all tend to need more health care. Why should that mean I should be forced by a legislative mandate to pay for something that isn’t going to my benefit?
It’s the same lie we’ve all been told when it comes to social security. Remember the purpose of social security is to have money extracted from your pay check put away for one’s retirement because the government can’t trust the average citizen to save for retirement on their own. Then the same wasteful government takes the money that’s not supposed to be touched or comingled and uses it for any other purposes it so chooses without the consent of the citizens.
In addition the money that is left over is basically working in the pay it forward format of we spent the retirement age persons savings already so let the younger generations pay for them now and when they reach retirement age the younger generations will pay for them. The age old robbing Peter to pay Paul principle.
So all that said, a few months back I suffered a severe injury to my left hand while trying to open up a package using a knife. Suffice it to say my accident caused me unexpectedly to be out of work for pretty much two months. Bills began piling up and the co pays for my visits to the doctor and physical therapy left me pretty much barely surviving. Cutting back drastically on things I didn’t need became the priority.
Even still what a shock I came across when I saw just how much the doctor had charged my insurance for the surgery I had to have. Two and a half hours on the operating table to repair the injury cost upwards of $53,600. With agreed upon rates between the insurance company and the doctor and hospital my insurance claimed to have saved me $17,000 dollars. Meaning my surgery still cost as much as a mid level brand new luxury car.
My mouth was left open for quite some time as I tried to digest what I was looking at. I mean talk about charging an arm and a leg! This same doctor was oblivious to the fact that I couldn’t work post surgery and rather chastised me for not going to physical therapy 3 times a week with no money coming in and a $50 copay for each visit which lasted all of 30 minutes. Lessons that I learned from this ordeal were to first start saving a little money any chance I get and put it away as if it were an expense so it doesn’t get used for something else.
Secondly, keep any insurance coverage you have that covers the lions-share of healthcare costs. The third thing I learned is never again attempt to open up a package using a knife.

Welcome to THEJNSREPORT’S: Spring 2020: The Black Period (Covid19 aka Coronavirus)
by:
THEJNSREPORT
So it’s April 23rd, 2020. Everything except essential businesses have shut down. Last day of work was more than a month ago. A deep sadness grips our family at the passing of our father on Easter Sunday. Dad’s now counted among the many deaths attributed to Covid19 aka Coronavirus. He was in a nursing home as well as at high risk for elderly persons who preexisting conditions.
All I can say is when I received the phone call that my dad was rushed to the hospital with shallow breathing I thought he’s been through a lot but God will see him through. I wanted to go check on in at the hospital but due to restrictions because of the Corona virus neither myself or any of my family members was allowed to be there by his side. I hadn’t been able to see him once the nursing home said they had shut down all access to residents because of the pandemic a few days after my last day at work.
Surreal disbelief came over me when less than an hour after hearing my dad was admitted to the hospital my sister calls to give me the horrible news that our father had passed on. Even now it’s so sharp and fresh in my mind I feel like this is all a dream like in the Matrix. How incredible it is that with all of the health issues my dad battled with it was Covid19 that was his undoing according to doctors who tried to resuscitate my dad. The timing of everything as it unfolds is just remarkable.
I won’t belabor the fact of where this pandemic originated. However, I’ll say this is definitely a cyclical judgment falling on the whole world. This “world time out” has caused everyone to stop and reflect and take a very deep breath because of what’s to follow. Daily and systematically we are being tested as citizens, as civilians, as workers, as human beings with what we do when crisis occurs. News outlets we depend on for information are on 24/7 Corona virus reporting. As I start to tune out the white noise and ludicrous statements of the “Joke in chief” sitting in the White House something else comes to mind to focus on while the world has slowed down enough to take a breath albeit with much trepidation. What have we been seeing?
Erosion of the protections of the Constitution continue at break neck speed while the economy is suppressed, big businesses receive the lion share of taxpayer funded bailouts and tens of millions of us file for unemployment. Who would have thunk this just 6 months ago? I think this is a pivotal time period. I say that because in our life time we as a planet have never seen something like this pandemic. We’ve only heard of them in history. Pandemics like the Bubonic Plague, the Spanish Influenza, and numerous others. These are scary and precarious times. Death appears all around us and we’re reminded daily through news briefings and social media about social distancing, masks, face shields, PPE shortages, lack of testing, and total unpreparedness with the douche bag in chief at the White House in charge. Just to think he and his administration willfully dismantled the team of experts whose job it was to plan and prepare for events such as this current pandemic.
Who to believe and what to believe tugs at us daily. I’m hearkened back to a line from the Devil’s Advocate where Al Pacino aka Satan tells his son Kevin played by Keanu Reeves to “consider the source”. The problem is can we believe everything or anything we see on mainstream media these days? Picking out the truth from the lies isn’t as easy as it sounds. You have people spreading misinformation. You have “TV doctors giving advice” as if they’ve ever dealt with a pandemic of this magnitude before. Then you have people who want to just go out and do whatever they want to do in spite of the Covid19 outbreak.
Things I never thought we’d see have happened. Losing one’s livelihood literally overnight is beyond jarring. It’s like being suddenly awakened from a deep sleep where you are dreaming a pretty good dream and then it’s over while you have someone angrily waking you up. It’s a weird feeling not having to get up daily and go to work, or go to a bar, or restaurant or movies, or bowling or anything that we do socially as human beings. NYC still doesn’t sleep but there isn’t much to do these days other than eat, drink, exercise at home or outside briefly these days.
Ordering take out for me is not going to happen. Why? How can anyone trust food from any restaurant that has people working in it where they could potentially have Covid19 and be around food prepping it for others? Even if we assume the highest cleanliness standards, just the thought that I don’t feel it’s worth potentially getting sick from take out is enough to deter that idea especially when I can cook for myself and my family. Having to stay at home and cook daily reminds me of childhood home economics class and household chores I hated doing as a kid with my siblings. Now present day this isn’t anything I can’t adapt to. I’m finding it fun to actually shop for healthy (or in some cases not so healthy) ingredients and make a tasty meal I wouldn’t mind eating more than once.
The question on everyone’s mind is how long will this last and how do we as a world collectively move forward from this pandemic? How much corruption will come out when this is all over? How will the economy recover? Are we going to have to wear respirators to go outside next? Already to even enter a grocery store you must be wearing a mask which I have no objection to but this is today’s new normal. latex gloves, masks and at least six feet of separation when out in public. What I hope never becomes the new normal is a mandatory vaccination or some other way to usurp the 4th amendment using the guise of public safety. I’m hoping for a better tomorrow but trusting in the most high and not man is what is key for me.
Welcome to THEJNSREPORT’S: Money, Assassinations & War (A Psuedo War Time President)
By
THEJNSREPORT
So with all the craziness of 2019 seemingly behind us and the hopeful excitement of a new decade that is 2020 upon us, the world awoke to the shocking news of yet another malfeasant act by the pretender in chief just 3 days into 2020.
Mainstream news reported that Trump had ordered the drone strike assassination of one Qasem Soleimani the top military general of Iran. Claims of an imminent threat to the U.S was all the explanation we were given as to why this killing was authorized without briefing Congress or any allies to the United States.
While there are a plethora of questions that come to mind. For me one of the most important questions which may not be for some, is the method in which Soleimani was killed. A drone strike to assassinate someone.
Military capability is never lost on me. If this capability can be used on not just military personnel but on political persons without authorization or briefing of Congress, what’s to stop this method from being used against everyday people right here in the U.S.? Posse Commitatus has already been dismantled.
The military has already been allowed to give its excess military weapons to local police departments, so how far fetched is it to think that the ability to use drones to kill people is an option that would or could be used against citizens here in the United States in the near future?
The impeachment hearings last month brought some to hope that this unpresidential fraud in office would be held accountable for acts of abuse of power and obstruction of Congress in addition to a second solicitation of foreign countries intervention in our democratic process. All of which are betrayals of his oath of office.
This out of the blue drone strike assassination has many looming implications. Namely, the potential destabilization of the Middle East with an unofficial act of war against a foreign country that is not in the interests of the American people, but which makes the world that much more resentful and hateful towards Americans.
From this vantage point all Trump is doing is more of the same. “Don’t look here look over there.” This action is serving to distract everyone’s attention away from the impeachment of Trump to basically making him a “War time President” in order to help him win re-election where he most likely wouldn’t if not for war.
This is a war Trump has instigated after his many troubling moves to reverse if not outright undermine every progressive act his predecessor made both domestically and internationally. If general Soleimani posed such an imminent threat to the U.S. why can’t they come out and directly state what that threat was and why it was necessary to assassinate him 3 days after New Years?
This provocation they surely had to know would lead to retaliation against the U.S by Iran and any allies they may have. The next question to ask is who stands to gain from the defense contracts, defense budgets, and military deployment of troops to Iraq and Iran now? The clear answer is the Federal Reserve who will loan the U.S. it’s own money to finance an unnecessary war with Iran and the corporations who will supply the weapons.
Biblical prophecies are starting to jump off the pages directly in front of our faces. At present it is a nightmare I wish were nothing more than a fictional story we could all wake from. Even so all these things must happen. There’s nothing new under the sun. They have all the money in the world for wars but can’t feed, house, clothe or educate the poor.
Divine judgments no doubt are coming and for those of us who believe in God and not man we say even so Amen.
Welcome to THEJNSREPORT’S: THE VERDICT IS INI!!!!Amber Guyger Murder Trial 2019
First and foremost I want to thank the most high God for this victory and guilty verdict in the Amber Guyger murder trial for the assassination of Botham Jean. We are ecstatic and overjoyed that the jury had clear thinking and reasoning as human beings to see Botham Jean not simply as another “Black” man gunned down unarmed by the police but as a human being with a life ahead of him and a family and community who loved and cared about the person he was. His life was taken prematurely but his impact and the impact of this case will resonate loudly and for everyone around the world to see and hear.
Facts of this case were clear cut despite the devilish racist Guyger and her defense team putting out lie after lie in her defense in order to get her off for murder. I honestly believe had she not been found guilty there would be riots the likes of which we haven’t seen in this country since Watts and Ferguson and Detroit combined. A clear cut line of war would have been drawn where no police officer should feel safe at any time any where FOR REAL. I would expect retaliatory killings of officers similar to what we saw Christopher Dorner mete out and the gunman who killed police officers in Dallas. Why do I say that? I say it because here was a case in its extreme where society is pointing the finger at that supposedly blind lady of justice saying okay you’ve seemingly never seen it in favor of the countless victims of police gun violence when it comes to dark skinned men, women, and children alike.
Here’s your penultimate test case. A law abiding, upstanding young man from Saint Lucia, who has a good job, is not in trouble with the law and is in his own home minding his own business; has the misfortune of having a racist female cop enter his home and shoot him for no justifiable reason. While he lays dying she makes no attempt to render him any aid and her only defense is she thought she was at home even though there were too many signs pointing to the fact that she knew what she was doing when she shot and ultimately killed Botham Jean.
Police officers love to trumpet the “get out of murder charge free card” stating “I feared for my life, or the lives of my fellow officers” whenever they shoot us dead wherever that may be. I liken it to the boy who cried wolf. Sooner or later you have to wake up to what those code words mean. Police get to kill you with impunity if they just say those words while the courts and media and everyone else look the other way so long as it’s not a Caucasian person being gunned down regularly by the police.
Mind you the ones who are constantly being murdered by police aren’t the ones killing the police in retaliation at alarming rates the way one would expect any victimized community to react even when recognizing the only ones who value our lives are us. What would that lead you to think whenever you encountered an officer? In my mind it would mean I immediately fear for my life and the lives of my friends and family if they were with me during any encounter with the police. It would mean given the track record of the police and their use and abuse of power and gun violence against us as a community to react with self preservation should be our first thought.
From the very beginning of the case the truth went out first (as it usually does) then the media and law enforcement and a Coon in law enforcement licking his masters boot got together to change the narrative to help one of their own get out of facing justice. There was no video inside Mr. Jean’s apartment or body cam from Guyger to show us exactly what she did and what he did on that fateful night.
All we had to go on was her word, the 911 call she made after she shot him and the cell phone video of her pacing in the hallway after she shot this man leaving him to die alone on the floor of his own apartment. To add insult to injury there was no toxicology done on Amber Guyger after the shooting. There was no search of her actual apartment but there was a search of the victim Botham Jean’s apartment? Why did they feel the need to search his apartment after he was gunned down? The same reason they handcuff a dead man’s body even after they know they are deceased and no threat. It’s obviously a blatant display of disrespect after the fact.
Too many key points are tied to this case that have a direct correlation to the 1st and 2nd amendments. However, instead of going off on those tangents let me say this. Justice hasn’t yet been fully realized for the Jean family and many of us who have an interest in the final outcome of this case. The presiding judge has allowed the defense to offer the “Castle Doctrine” as a mitigating factor in determining Amber Guyger’s sentence.
In a nutshell the “Castle doctrine” is similar to the “Stand Your Ground” laws in states like Florida and Georgia etc. Basically we all have the right to defend our homes our castles. The fact that Guyger is claiming that she thought she was at home is proffered as justification for the killing which makes no sense. It makes no sense because she was the intruder not the victim Mr. Jean. If we as reasonable human beings use our God given intelligence and look at some basics first we will see as the jury did why her story made no sense.
First, too many of us are hardworking regular grunts who go about the daily business of working hard and very long hours just to make ends meet and maintain whatever standard of living we have. Too many of us have worked a 13 hr shift and come home exhausted but are still lucid enough to know where we live and what floor we live on when we arrive home. How many of us would ignore a big red door mat (Red Flag) in front of our apartment door when we know that we don’t own one? How many of us would forget or ignore signs in our building telling us which floor we were on when the signs are visible to us?
How many of us would claim to put an electronic key into a lock that only recognizes the key programmed for said lock? This was demonstrated on the news shortly after the slaying of Botham Jean. She changed her story from the door was ajar to the door opened when she put her key in (Red Flag #2). They showed that all the doors in that apartment building are first and foremost heavy and are slam locking electronic doors in case of fire. They showed that no matter what you do if you don’t have the right key to a lock in that apartment building the door doesn’t unlock and swing open and even if it did open without you physically holding the door it would close on its own (Red Flag #3).
A neighbor on the floor below said she heard knocking at Botham Jean’s door prior to hearing guns shots where it was reported that they heard someone we presume to be Guyger saying “let me in.” After that gun shots ring out and the neighbor began recording a pacing Amber Guyger in the hallway while on the phone with dispatch. Nowhere on her person or uniform is there any blood from Botham Jean demonstrating that she attempted any life saving measures like CPR (which she had been trained to do) (Red Flag #4).
People in Amber’s corner tried to help cover up for her racist posts on twitter where she boasted that people were lucky that she didn’t blow them away and don’t mess with law enforcement (paraphrasing). So she was itching to shoot someone before she ultimately killed Botham Jean. They scrubbed her Facebook page and twitter account but those statements attributed to her were already viewed.
She texts her police officer lover after the shooting more concerned about covering up for what she did rather than focusing all her efforts on trying to save Botham (Red Flag #5). Her acting was very poor. What do I mean by that? If you listen to her 911 call it sounds like a person who works for law enforcement and knows that her call is being recorded, doing and saying whatever she thinks will garner her sympathy for a situation she is totally culpable for.
Red Flag #6: Who enters their apartment without turning on the lights to see inside when they get home? Who willfully shoots in the dark before allowing a person whom they claim to have “given verbal commands to show hands” a chance to comply? We all know only the police have been shown time and time again to do such things and more often than not get away with it. Stephon Clark was shot and killed in his grandmother’s backyard in the dark of night holding only his cell phone. Amadou Diallo in the 90’s in the Bronx gunned down while holding his wallet. Tamir Rice a 12 year old was gunned down in broad daylight within two seconds by police while playing with a toy gun like most kids do at that age. The fact is no matter how you want to slice it, police officers have been allowed to get away with shedding our blood for any reason under the sun and have faced virtually no repercussions for it other than justification and paid leave and promotions.
When you take it as a whole it all points to her willful desire and actions to kill someone. When the prosecutors asked her did she intend to kill when she shot Botham Jean her answer was yes. Was it reasonable to do so? Not when the police station is 2 blocks away. Not when she could have taken cover outside the apartment and waited for backup and certainly not when she heard the person say “Hey hey hey”.
A sober and rational person would have said who are you? What are you doing in my apartment and cut the lights on while holding the weapon and warning that if the person moves they could be shot. She didn’t do any of the myriad of other things she could have to secure the room because she didn’t want to. She wanted to kill. Now comes the sentencing phase of this saga. Let’s see what she gets and remember the true administration of justice is the firmest pillar of good government. Those words are etched in stone on the outside edifice of a court building in downtown Manhattan. If she gets off with a slap on the wrist then this trial and verdict will have been in vain. All the talk about building community trust with law enforcement goes right out the window when justice is denied or end run around.
As a foot note while sentencing testimony is underway, evidence of Amber Guyger’s state of mind and attitude toward “black”people will be introduced which wasn’t part of the trial which I don’t understand. Perhaps it would’ve elevated this crime to a hate crime murder which I already suspected it was from the start. It is expected that Guyger’s text messages about an MLK Jr. parade in which she was working security will be released. In the messages she states that the parade goers could be pushed or pepper sprayed to hasten the end of the parade and when asked when it would end she replied when MLK is dead. Apologists for this cowardly demonic devil in blue can say whatever they like to try and spin this but there isn’t a thing they can do to sway a sane rational mind reading her own words and thoughts she so cavalierly expressed. I hope the jury does the right thing again and disregards the “Castle Doctrine” defense during sentencing and gives her the maximum of life in prison.
